Alefarm siger om denne øl: "Introducing the second beer in our brand-new series of wild ales, The Past & The Present: Bretty Lager Edition. This series symbolizes all that once was and everything that now is at Alefarm Brewing.



This batch began with a portion of our farmhouse saison base that was fermented with lager yeast. We then introduced a brettanomyces blend for secondary fermentation and allowed for a long conditioning period in stainless steel.



Before packaging, we lightly dry-hopped this beer with Hallertau Blanc. Finally, it was bottle-conditioned with champagne yeast, resulting in lively and refreshing carbonation."
