94 point - Vinous: " The 2018 Chianti Classico Riserva, 100 % Sangiovese, is a dense, phowerful wine. Black cherry, leather, licorice, incense, chocolate and menthol are dialed up. This is an especially rich, concentrated style, and there is a good bit of oak, but it all works so well together."

Intense aroma, with a slightly thicker and more mature profile, very well integrated with the fruit and wood, ripe cherries. Full palate the wood appears discreet in the mouth, fine tannins, well-structured, well-integrated acidity. A complete wine.
