En fejring af Billy’s jubilæum – den tredje og sidste aftapning!

Aftapningen – som er Part 3 i trilogien som er en fejring af Billy Walker’s 50 års jubilæum i whiskyindustrien – benævnes “The Future”, og er en 4 års PEATED single malt lagret på Bourbon og Rye Barrels samt på Virgin Oak casks. Billy købte GlenAllachie i 2017, og det er altså produktion han har styret fra destillering til tapning på flaske.

COLOUR: Auburn.

NOSE: Bursting with toasted honeycomb, dried fruits and hazelnut, with hints of smouldering oak, dark chocolate and warm cinnamon apples.
 
TASTE: Lashings of cinnamon stewed pears, toasted almonds, heather honey and pipe tobacco, followed by smoked barley, vanilla toffee and orchard fruits.
