92 point - Wineanorak: "This is stony, mealy and citrussy on the nose, with a hint of pear drop. The palate is lively and intense with a stony, mineral edge to the citrus fruit, a hint of peach and pineapple richness in the background, and some bready hints. But the key theme is keen lemony fruit with a twist of pithiness and a tapering stony finish."

Picked in three stages for complexity, it's a refined, old barrel-fermented style that nods towards Alex Dale's beloved Burgundy, with pear, lemongrass and subtle nutmeg spice flavours."

Man kan sagtens smage Alex’ stærke passion for hvid Bourgogne i glasset. Farven er brilliant gul med en lille frisk grønt skær i kanten. På næsen får du blandt andet lime og mandarin. Syren er forfriskende og afrundet og du mødes bl.a. af hvid fersken og slutter af med en forbløffende lang og kompleks eftersmag, der ender livfuldt og mineralsk.
