Rive droite, rive gauche er et super eksempel på, hvor god vin - og navnlig hvor god vin til prisen, der fås fra Signargues. 70 % af druerne er fra ældgamle, lavt ydende Grenache vinstokke, der foruden "spice" giver en excellent koncentration til vinen. De resterende 30 % fordeler sig ligeligt på druesorterne Syrah der giver frugt og fylde, Cinsault der giver friskhed og nerve og Mourvèdre der giver styrke og kompleksitet. Et super eksempel, og et herligt glas Rhône til simremad eller f.eks. lam eller fjerkræ fra grillen.
